Induction
(1–3 months)
Learn Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Practical AI, and more. Talk with real founders. Study real failures.
Customer Discovery
(3-6 months)
Shape your hypotheses. Talk to customers. Seek signal, not noise.
Customer Validation
(3-9 months)
Prototype. Iterate. Get paying customers. Validate the foundation.
Customer Creation
(6-12 months)
Build traction. Begin hiring. Establish systems. Strengthen what works.
Company Building
(12-30 months)
Graduate with a resilient, profitable, capital-efficient business.
