Innovative Greek startups gear up for 10th NGB Business Seeds

You can submit you idea here, just make sure you do so before the deadline if you want to be considered for the contest.

And, there’s more than a few good reasons to do so.

NBG supporting innovative Greek startups

Before we get to those reasons, first let’s have a look at some further details about this excellent competition. The NBG, and more specifically its integrated program NGB Business Seeds, aims to help the best local talent to take their projects into the market. In an effort to enhance and support creativity in entrepreneurship and technology in Greece, it represents a great opportunity for any founders or aspiring entrepreneurs.

Spyros Arsenis, who leads the program and who has previously taken part in events here at Starttech Ventures, is calling on innovative Greek startups or would-be startups to take part in its “startup within bank” initiative of the NBG.

This year NBG Business Seeds is celebrating its 10th anniversary. And this year’s competition honors innovative entrepreneurship in practice by giving participants the opportunity to get all the support they need to turn their ideas into successful businesses.

NBG Business Seeds helps individuals and teams that come from startup ecosystem or innovative SME sectors in the following ways:

  • help shape their ideas
  • develop their business plan and business model
  • implement their solutions into software products
  • develop their businesses
  • participate in pitching to VC’s.

It’s a pipeline of procedures that is quite similar with what we also offer our startups in our Venture Building program. And this is why we’re more than happy to support such events in our blog and beyond. Those events and ideas that help to boost our startup ecosystem here in Greece and help our vision to #ScaleUpGreece.

For further info on the NGB Business Seeds program check out their official website.
