StackMasters, the leading provider of specialized Private Cloud solutions for Europe and the Middle East is announcing its collaboration with OpenStack global leader Mirantis.

This partnership aims to offer our clients and all interested IT professionals a rigorous, proven curriculum on designing, planning and managing OpenStack clouds that will cover all of their cloud training needs.

The training programs offered have the form of intensive 2 or 3-day bootcamps, and are based on the latest version of OpenStack, while being designed to address the needs of every cloud professional, from system administrators to project managers and to system architects. Both the 2-day and the 3-day bootcamps offer an intensive mix of lectures, demos with individual labs and group exercises, with the 3-day bootcamp adding a deployment workshop dedicated to installing and configuring OpenStack from scratch in the datacenter.

Participants who have completed the bootcamps, or have the necessary experience, will be eligible to take the exam for the Mirantis® Certificate of Expertise in OpenStack. Free first exam for every bootcamp participant is offered.

StackMaster’s collaboration with the world leading OpenStack company Mirantis, is part of our strategy to promote OpenStack and offer training in Cloud solutions to European and Middle Easter countries.

The first 2-day Mirantis OpenStack bootcamp organised by StackMasters is already planned for the 27th & 28th of March in Athens. The first day of the bootcamp will offer an introduction to OpenStack concepts and architecture, while the second will examine the various cloud storage solution and the best practices in designing and operating an OpenStack cloud.
